Pine's request.security: another symbol ("ETH/USDT" / "ETHUSDT" on the
chart's exchange, "COINBASE:BTCUSD" / "BINANCE:BTCUSDT.P" / "GDAX_USD_BTC"
on another exchange; "" = the chart symbol) at
the chart timeframe (tf = "") or a higher one. Call at module top level;
at most 10 contexts and 3 other symbols per script. On each chart bar the
context holds the other symbol's bars up to that bar's open time: never
future data. A bar the other symbol does not have repeats its last close.
