Pine's request.security_lower_tf: a timeframe below the chart's that
divides it ("1", "5", "15", ... up to "D"), on the chart symbol
("") or another symbol, also on another exchange ("COINBASE:BTCUSD"). Call at module top level; it
counts toward the 10 contexts and 3 other symbols. Each chart bar sees
its own intrabars. budget = intrabars loaded (0 = 100,000, the most):
older chart bars have none. A timeframe that does not fit the chart reads
no intrabars.
