Function: fillLevels()

fillLevels(from, to, color, pane?): void

Shade the band between two levels (Pine fill(hline1, hline2, color)), as RSI's 30–70 zone or Bollinger %b's overbought and oversold backgrounds.

Call it at module top level, beside the hlines it refers to, naming their prices rather than the lines themselves; order does not matter. The colour carries its own alpha, so Pine's transp is color.withTransp(c, 90), and pane is the pane those levels live in, as in hline.

The band spans the whole pane width, so it does not need the levels to be visible: Pine's habit of anchoring a fill to an off-scale hline(100, display = display.none) translates to naming that price here.
