Function: fillColor()

fillColor(plot, color): void

This bar's colour of the fill declared on plot (declarePlot(plot, ..., fillTo, fillColor)): Pine fill(p1, p2, color = cond ? a : b). Call it each bar; a bar it is not called on keeps the declared fillColor, a fully transparent colour leaves that bar unshaded.
