Function: declareShape()
declareShape(
title,glyph,location?,color?,size?,text?,textColor?,pane?):void
Declare a named shape series once, at module top level (Pine plotshape /
plotchar): its glyph, where it sits, colour, size and an optional fixed
text (Shape.None = text only, Pine plotchar, which needs a text).
Mark the bars it fires on with shape(title, cond). The title names
the series in the legend and the chart's Style settings, so keep it stable;
pane is the pane it lives in ("" = price pane), as in declarePlot.
