Function: declarePlot()
declarePlot(
name,color,linewidth?,style?,pane?,fillTo?,fillColor?,offset?):void
Style a plot name once, at module top level. Values still come from
plot(name, v) / plotPane(name, v, pane) each bar; pane here must match
the pane you plot into ("" = price pane). fillTo shades the area between
this plot and another declared plot in fillColor (Pine fill). offset
shifts the plot by that many bars (Pine plot(offset = n); positive moves
it right, into the future), between -500 and 500.
